MILESTONE
Retrobee Design & Build was officially established.
Founded with the vision of providing high-quality, innovative, and eco-friendly renovation solutions for commercial, warehouse, and office spaces in Malaysia.
Successfully completed the first commercial renovation project.
This milestone marked our entry into the market, gaining positive client feedback. The team expanded from the initial 5 members to 15, covering various roles including design, project management, and construction.
Implemented internal process optimizations to improve efficiency.
Streamlined workflows and project management practices. Introduced eco-friendly design principles, incorporating sustainable materials and energy-efficient solutions into our projects. Successfully completed our first project in East Malaysia, marking our geographic expansion within the country.

Formed partnerships with multiple businesses, ensuring repeat projects and steady growth. Launched nationwide maintenance and after-sales services, providing comprehensive support to our clients. Introduced an internal training program to continually enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.

Invested in advanced design software and construction technologies. Implemented a systematic approach to gathering and analyzing customer feedback, enabling continuous improvement in service quality. Expanded our team to a total of 108 members to effectively handle nationwide projects.
Undertook the first small-scale overseas renovation project.
Expanded our reach beyond Malaysia, successfully completing a project abroad. Achieved basic environmental certification, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable building practices. Established coverage in Malaysia’s first and second tier cities, including:

Completed our first experience center project, showcasing our ability to create interactive and engaging spaces.

Successfully set up 135 kiosks nationwide for the Coway Group, showcasing our capability in large-scale, nationwide projects.
